לדוגמה: על צילום רגיל בעלות 1,800 ש״ח כולל מע״מ, הקיזוז הוא 900 ש״ח כולל מע״מ.
מה משפיע על המחיר?
- קוטר ואורך: כמות החומר, הציוד וזמן העבודה הנדרשים.
- תנאי הגישה: מיקום השוחה, אפשרות הכנסת הציוד והיערכות מיוחדת.
- מצב הצינור: בטון, ברזלים, שורשים ומשקעים שעשויים לחייב הכנה או כרסום.
- מבנה הקו והיקף הנזק: מספר מוקדי הכשל, חיבורים, זוויות והסתעפויות.
עבודות נוספות ועלותן יפורטו ויבוצעו רק לאחר תיאום ואישור מראש.
איך נקבע המחיר הסופי?
כל המחירים הם מחירי התחלה בלבד, כולל מע״מ, ומתייחסים ליחידה ולהיקף המפורטים בכל סעיף. המחיר בפועל עשוי לעלות בהתאם לממצאים, לאורך ולקוטר, למצב הצינור, לתנאי הגישה ולהכנות הנדרשות. צפייה במחירון או שליחת פנייה אינן הזמנת עבודה או אישור למחיר סופי. המחיר והיקף העבודה יסוכמו בהצעת מחיר מסודרת לאחר בדיקה מקצועית או עיון בדוח מתאים, לפני הביצוע. כל תוספת עבודה ועלותה מחייבות תיאום ואישור מראש. אין באמור כדי לגרוע מזכויות הצרכן לפי דין.

Two layers of epoxy are applied inside the pipe to repair and rehabilitate suitable areas. The final layer count and thickness must suit the material and manufacturer instructions: any different specification requires a corresponding quotation. Bends, branches and rainwater pipes may be assessed for treatment, depending on material, condition and the ability to prepare and coat the wall.

Inspection credit, price factors & terms
From a standalone inspection to a repair
If you paid us separately for a standard inspection and we subsequently repair the same line, 50% of the inspection amount actually paid will be credited against the repair, after payment verification and as part of the formal quotation.
Example: an inspection costing ILS 1,800 including VAT gives a credit of ILS 900 including VAT.
What affects the cost?
- Diameter and length: materials, equipment and working time.
- Access: chamber location, equipment access and any special preparation.
- Pipe condition: concrete, metal, roots and deposits that may require cleaning or cutting.
- Layout and damage: the number of defects, joints, bends and branches.
Any additional work and its cost will be explained and require prior agreement and approval.
How is the final price determined?
All prices are starting rates including VAT, for the unit and scope described in each item. The actual price may be higher depending on findings, length and diameter, pipe condition, access and preparation. Viewing the price list or sending an inquiry does not place an order or confirm a final price. Scope and price will be agreed in a formal quotation after professional inspection or review of a suitable report, before work begins. Additional work and charges require prior agreement and approval. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

ש.נ פתרונות ביוב מתקדמים בע״מ רואה חשיבות במתן שירות שוויוני, מכבד ונגיש. ההתאמות באתר נעשו בהתייחס לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג–2013, ולדרישות תקן ישראלי ת״י 5568 ברמת AA. הצהרה זו מתארת את ההתאמות ואת מצב הבדיקה: היא אינה אישור לכך שכל דרישות התקן נבדקו או התקיימו.
התאמות באתר ואופן השימוש
- קישור לדילוג לתוכן, מבנה כותרות, אזורי ניווט ותיאורי חלופה לתמונות.
- ניווט באמצעות Tab ו־Shift+Tab. הפעלת קישור באמצעות Enter והפעלת כפתור באמצעות Enter או רווח.
- חלונות המידע נפתחים עם מיקוד מקלדת בתוכם. אפשר לסגור באמצעות Escape או כפתור החזרה, והמיקוד חוזר לפקד שפתח את החלון.
- בחירה בעברית או באנגלית מעדכנת את התוכן, שפת המסמך וכיוון הכתיבה.
- בתפריט הנגישות: הגדלת טקסט עד 200%, החזרה לגודל הבסיסי, ניגודיות גבוהה, הדגשת קישורים, מרווחי טקסט, סמן גדול ועצירת אנימציות.
- אפשר להגדיל את התצוגה גם בכלי הזום של הדפדפן. ההתאמות אינן מחייבות שימוש בתפריט הנגישות.
- לביטול כל האנימציות, כולל התנופפות הדגל ותנועת הציוד, פתחו את תפריט הנגישות ובחרו באפשרות הראשונה: ״ביטול אנימציות״. במחשב ובטלפון כפתור הנגישות זמין בזמן הגלישה: משתמשי מקלדת יכולים להגיע לתפריט גם בתחילת סדר הניווט. התנועה נשארת כבויה לאחר סגירת התפריט, וההעדפה נשמרת בדפדפן כאשר השמירה זמינה. האתר מכבד אוטומטית את הגדרת הפחתת התנועה במערכת ההפעלה: איפוס ההתאמות אינו מבטל הגדרה זו. אם מנגנון ההתאמות אינו זמין, האנימציות אינן מופעלות.
היקף הבדיקה ומגבלות ידועות
נערכו בדיקות קוד, תפעול מקלדת ותצוגה במנועי Chromium ו־WebKit, בעברית ובאנגלית וברוחבי מסך של 320 עד 2560 פיקסלים. נערכה גם בדיקת דפדפן באתר המפורסם. נבדקו גם הגדלת טקסט, מרווחים, ניגודיות, תפריטים וחלונות מידע. בדיקות אלה אינן בדיקת נגישות מלאה בידי מורשה נגישות.
הבדיקות ברוחבי מסך שונים מדמות תצוגות מחשב וטלפון: הן אינן בדיקות על מכשירי iPhone ו־Android פיזיים. טרם נערכה בדיקה באמצעות קוראי מסך כגון NVDA ו־VoiceOver. לכן אין כאן הצהרת תאימות מלאה או הסמכה. תכנים ושירותים חיצוניים, לרבות WhatsApp ושירות הדוא״ל, אינם נבדקים במסגרת קובץ האתר.
נגישות השירות וקבלת קהל
השירות ניתן בשטח, אצל הלקוחות, בהתאם לתיאום מראש. אין קבלת קהל במשרדי החברה. אפשר לפנות מראש לתיאום התאמות נגישות הנוגעות לקבלת השירות ולדרך התקשורת.

S.N. Advanced Sewer Solutions Ltd. aims to provide equitable, respectful and accessible service. The website changes were developed with reference to Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 at Level AA. This statement describes the changes and testing status: it does not certify that every applicable requirement has been tested or met.
Features and how to use them
- A skip-to-content link, structured headings, navigation landmarks and alternative text for images.
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to navigate. Use Enter to activate a link: use Enter or Space to activate a button.
- Information dialogs place keyboard focus inside the dialog. Escape or the back button closes the dialog and returns focus to the control that opened it.
- Hebrew and English selection updates the content, document language and writing direction.
- The accessibility menu provides text enlargement up to 200%, a return to the default size, high contrast, link highlighting, text spacing, a larger cursor and animation controls.
- Browser zoom can also enlarge the page. The accessibility menu is optional, not a prerequisite for using the site.
- To turn off all animations, including the waving flag and equipment movement, open Accessibility and select the first option: “Disable animations”. The accessibility control is available while browsing on desktop and mobile: keyboard users can also reach the menu near the start of the tab order. Movement stays off after the menu is closed, and the preference is saved in this browser when storage is available. The site automatically respects the system reduced-motion setting: resetting site preferences does not override it. Animations do not start if the adjustment controls are unavailable.
Testing scope and known limitations
Code, keyboard-operation and layout checks were performed in Chromium and WebKit, in Hebrew and English, at viewport widths from 320 to 2560 pixels. A browser check was also performed on the published website. Text enlargement, spacing, contrast, menus and information dialogs were also checked. These checks are not a full accessibility audit by a qualified accessibility professional.
The viewport checks simulate desktop and phone layouts: they are not tests on physical iPhone or Android devices. Screen readers such as NVDA and VoiceOver have not yet been tested. No full conformance or certification is claimed. External services, including WhatsApp and email applications, are outside the testing scope of this website file.

Contacting us and providing information is voluntary: there is no legal obligation to provide details for an initial inquiry. You may provide your name, contact details and a description of the issue, followed by a service address, photos or videos of the issue, and information needed for a quotation and invoice. Without necessary details, we may be unable to respond, offer a service or arrange work.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, assess the issue, prepare quotations, arrange and perform work, document the service, issue invoices and manage customer relationships. It may also be needed to handle disputes and meet legal obligations. Contacting us does not constitute consent to advertising.
Customer and work details are stored in Green Invoice (morning) and Excel work records stored on the business computer. Messages and files may also be kept in email and WhatsApp, depending on the contact channel. Please provide only information needed for the service and avoid sending payment-card details, identity documents, medical information or unnecessary personal information about others.
The website and browser preferences
The website has no server-submitted inquiry form, payment processing or registration. No analytics, advertising pixels or session recordings have been added to the website code. Phone, email and WhatsApp links open the relevant application and do not automatically send an inquiry on your behalf.
Accessibility preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage where available. The website code does not send them to the company or an advertising network. You can reset them in the accessibility menu or remove them in your browser’s site-data settings. Language selection applies to the current visit: a fresh page load starts in Hebrew. Adjustments remain usable during a visit when storage is blocked.
Hosting and infrastructure cookies
The website is hosted on OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites service and uses Cloudflare infrastructure. When you browse, infrastructure providers receive technical information needed to handle requests, such as your IP address, browser details, page address and request time. This may be included in providers’ operational and security logs.
The hosting infrastructure can set cookies even without a website form. A site check identified Cloudflare’s __cf_bm and cf_clearance cookies, used according to the provider’s documentation for automated-traffic protection and security checks, and the hosting platform’s __Host-appgarden-visitor cookie. These are managed by the infrastructure providers and are not reset through the accessibility menu. Cookies can be managed or deleted in browser settings: blocking them may affect website access. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.
In the September 22, 2026 check, the platform cookie had a browser lifetime of about 90 days and cf_clearance about one year. According to Cloudflare, __cf_bm expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These periods may change or renew and do not establish server-log retention periods.
Fonts are served from this website: loading them does not require requests to Google Fonts servers.
Providers and recipients
Access to information within the company is for handling inquiries and providing services. Information is also processed through relevant providers: Green Invoice (morning) for invoices and transaction records, and email, communications, hosting and infrastructure providers for transmitting and storing information. Information will be disclosed to authorized recipients where legally required.
Using WhatsApp or email is also subject to the respective providers’ terms and policies. Infrastructure and communications providers may process information outside Israel. The website’s hosting does not guarantee that information is processed exclusively in Israel.
Retention and your rights
Retention depends on the information’s purpose, handling the inquiry and service, documenting work, handling disputes and legal record-keeping obligations. Immediate deletion of invoices or records that must be retained is not promised. You may ask about retention and recipients relevant to your information.

All prices are starting rates including VAT, for the unit and scope described in each item. The actual price may be higher depending on findings, length and diameter, pipe condition, access and preparation. Viewing the price list or sending an inquiry does not place an order or confirm a final price. Scope and price will be agreed in a formal quotation after professional inspection or review of a suitable report, before work begins. Additional work and charges require prior agreement and approval. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Service suitability and agreements
The method, scope, price, payment terms, availability, any warranty and cancellation terms are determined following assessment and agreement with the customer, subject to applicable law. Clicking a link is not an order and does not automatically send an inquiry. A binding agreement may subsequently arise in a call or correspondence, depending on its content and applicable law.
Internal repair, cutting and locating are not suitable for every condition. Collapse, deformation, extensive damage or access limitations may prevent safe internal repair. How does the robot cut?
An air-powered motor rotates a cutting head selected for the material. The operator positions it using a control unit while an illuminated camera shows the work area. Diamond, cutting or grinding tools are matched to the obstruction: a concrete tool is not necessarily suitable for metal.
